After ten years in a general business and real estate practice, Tom spent eight years with a large and growing senior housing company, taking primary responsibility for the company’s transactional work. During his eight year tenure as in-house counsel, Tom built on his general business and real estate background, developing a broad range of experience and expertise in all aspects of senior housing related work; handling hundreds of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial financing, bond financing and government backed financing; complex leasing arrangements; and complex joint ventures. Tom returned to private practice in 2011, focusing on providing clients with experienced, efficient, creative, and thorough representation in simple-to-complex business and property transactions.
