About the Firm
Harris Berne Christensen LLP is a Portland, Oregon law firm with a tradition of providing quality "hands on" legal services to businesses and individuals. All partners come from prestigious backgrounds as attorneys with large West Coast law firms or as in-house counsel for large Northwest companies. The goal of the firm is to take the excellent training and experience of the partners and make it directly available to clients. Instead of being passed off to neophyte attorneys, Harris Berne Christensen LLP clients deal directly with partners or other qualified attorneys who provide efficient, cost effective, and quality services.
Harris Berne Christensen LLP combines the quality of work, attention to detail, and sophistication of clients typically found in larger firms, with a unique client focus and response possible only in a smaller firm. Harris Berne Christensen LLP works closely with its clients to understand their objectives and uses a common-sense approach to solve problems. At Harris Berne Christensen LLP, the quality of work and client base are decidedly big firm; everything else (including fees that reflect lower overhead) is different. Through thoughtful analysis, hard work and creativity, Harris Berne Christensen LLP achieves exceptional results for its clients.
Harris Berne Christensen LLP represents local, regional and national clients, including companies and individual entrepreneurs in a wide area of practice. Harris Berne Christensen handles commercial and general litigation, employment litigation and counseling, business planning and transactions, all facets of real estate transactions, estate planning, and business and individual tax counseling.
